Capital Dental Office Policies
Welcome to our practice! We are pleased to have you as a patient and to be given the opportunity to be your partner in maintaining a good oral health.
Your appointment is considered confirmed at the time of booking. But as a courtesy, we would still remind you at least 2 days before your appointment thru SMS or call whichever is preferred by you and we expect a confirmation. However, if we didn’t receive a confirmation we will still expect you to arrive for your appointment.
We request that you give us a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will give us the chance to offer your appointment time to other patients in need of emergency or more timely care.
Late cancellation or Failure to arrive to your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
We reserve a little amount of time for emergencies each day so we ask if you could call our office as early in the day and we will try to accommodate you.
If you have an after-hours emergency we advise that you go to the A and E directly.
Accounts need to be settled on the day of the appointment. If this is not possible we ask that financial arrangements be made prior to appointments with our Office Manager.
Cash, Debit Card, Visa or Mastercard
All major treatment involving laboratory procedure will require an appropriate down payment.
We are now a provider of Southern Cross Health Society Easy Claim. Just provide us with your member card on the appointment and we will process the claim and we'll let you know if there is a need to pay or not.
